By purchasing or subscribing to any APPHOX product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

This Policy applies to all APPHOX products and services, including but not limited to:
- SaaS Subscriptions
- ERP Software
- AI Platforms
- Mobile Applications
- Web Applications
- Custom Software Development
- Professional Consulting
- Implementation Services
- Cloud Services
- DevOps Services
- Managed IT Services
- Technical Support
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Training Services
3. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by submitting a written request to APPHOX.
Upon cancellation:
- Automatic renewal will be discontinued.
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No further subscription charges will be applied after the active subscription period expires.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by the APPHOX Refund Policy.
4. Custom Software Development Projects
Custom software development projects are executed based on approved proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, or milestone agreements.
Customers may request project cancellation by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date shall remain billable.
- Approved milestones already delivered remain payable.
- APPHOX may suspend all ongoing development activities upon confirmation of cancellation.
- Source code, project assets, documentation, and deliverables shall be released only in accordance with the applicable contractual agreement and after settlement of all outstanding dues.
5. Implementation & Professional Services
Implementation, consulting, migration, configuration, integration, deployment, and training services involve dedicated resource planning and scheduling.
Cancellation requests submitted after project commencement may result in charges for:
- Resources allocated
- Work completed
- Third-party costs incurred
- Project management activities already performed
6. Enterprise Agreements
For enterprise customers operating under:
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Service Agreements
- Annual Contracts
- Enterprise Licensing Agreements
- Statements of Work (SOW)
Cancellation shall be governed by the specific contractual terms agreed between APPHOX and the customer.
Where contractual terms differ from this Policy, the executed agreement shall prevail.
7. Third-Party Products & Services
Products or services procured through third-party vendors, including but not limited to:
- Cloud hosting
- Domain registrations
- SSL Certificates
- Email hosting
- Third-party software licenses
- Marketplace subscriptions
- Government registrations
may be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective provider.
APPHOX cannot guarantee cancellation or reversal once such services have been activated or procured.
8. Cancellation Procedure
To request cancellation, customers should submit a written request containing:
- Customer Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Registered Email Address
- Product or Service Name
- Order, Subscription, or Invoice Reference
- Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests become effective only after written confirmation from APPHOX.
9. Service Suspension
APPHOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
- Payment obligations remain outstanding.
- These Terms or applicable agreements are violated.
- Services are used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Continued service poses a security or operational risk.
Where commercially reasonable, APPHOX will provide prior notice before suspension, except where immediate action is required by law or for security reasons.
10. Customer Responsibilities Before Cancellation
Before requesting cancellation, customers are responsible for:
- Downloading any data or reports they wish to retain.
- Settling outstanding invoices and contractual obligations.
- Returning APPHOX-owned assets or equipment, where applicable.
- Completing agreed project closure activities.
11. Data Retention After Cancellation
Following cancellation or termination:
- Customer access to the affected services may be discontinued.
- Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, or internal data retention policies.
- After the applicable retention period, data may be securely deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are encouraged to export their data before service termination.
12. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation of a product or service does not automatically:
- Waive outstanding payment obligations.
- Transfer ownership of intellectual property.
- Release either party from confidentiality obligations.
- Affect rights and obligations accrued prior to cancellation.
13. Changes to this Policy
APPHOX may update this Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or service offerings.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
