  • Distribute spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.
  • Use APPHOX platforms to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.
  • Use the services in a manner that could compromise platform stability, security, or reliability.

5. Artificial Intelligence Usage

Certain APPHOX platforms incorporate Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

Users shall not:

  • Attempt to manipulate AI systems for unlawful purposes.
  • Generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content using APPHOX AI features.
  • Use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, veterinary, or regulatory advice without appropriate human review.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, copy, or replicate APPHOX AI models, prompts, algorithms, or proprietary intelligence systems.

AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed and validated before being relied upon for critical business or operational decisions.

6. Customer Data

Users remain responsible for the information they upload or process using APPHOX services.

Users must not upload or process:

  • Content that violates applicable laws.
  • Malicious software or executable code intended to cause harm.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive information.
  • Material intended to harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against individuals or organizations.

Where regulated or sensitive information is processed, customers remain responsible for obtaining any necessary consents, permissions, or legal authority.

7. Security Responsibilities

Users are expected to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
  • Keep authorized devices reasonably protected and updated.
  • Limit access to authorized personnel only.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts unless they promptly notify APPHOX of unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

Users shall not:

  • Copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from APPHOX software except where expressly permitted by applicable law or written agreement.
  • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings.
  • Redistribute or sublicense APPHOX software without written authorization.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of APPHOX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

9. System Integrity

Users must not intentionally:

  • Interfere with platform performance.
  • Introduce excessive automated traffic.
  • Attempt to bypass licensing or subscription controls.
  • Access services beyond their authorized permissions.
  • Exploit software vulnerabilities.

Activities that adversely affect other users or the APPHOX infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

Where customers integrate APPHOX services with third-party applications, APIs, or platforms, they are responsible for ensuring:

  • Proper configuration and security.
  • Authorized use of connected systems.

APPHOX is not responsible for the operation or security of third-party services.

11. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect platform integrity, APPHOX may monitor system activity, logs, and operational metrics for security, performance, compliance, and troubleshooting purposes, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Where misuse or policy violations are identified, APPHOX may investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Temporary restriction of access.
  • Suspension of services.
  • Permanent termination of accounts.
  • Removal of prohibited content.
